The Centre for Cesidian Law occupies itself with a
growing and profound revolution.
On 25 July 2003, Most Rev Dr Cesidio Tallini conceived the legal concept which later became known as jus cerebri electronici. This was not Tallini's first legal development, for a primitive version of the 14 Commandments had come before that, but it was the legal equivalent of a quantum leap. In February 2004 the field of Analytic theology was born, a new field of human endeavour with promising applications in many fields of human endeavour — Anthropology, Biology, Chemistry, Communication, Economics, Ethics, Geography, History, Law, Linguistics, Management, Medicine, Physics, Political Science, Psychology, Religion, Sociology —, and of course, Theology. It was this development which at first brought about the refinement of the 14 Commandments in its current form. In July 2006, the discovery of parallels between the evolution of law and the evolution of the human brain brought about a further leap in the field of Analytic theology at first, and eventually a brilliant legal synthesis that is probably without parallels in legal history. The concept of jus cerebri electronici was already a legal quantum leap; the intellectual developments of July 2006 brought about a further leap, and a legal synthesis that now clearly shows that the current American paradigm of separation of church and state is not only unnecessary, but actually legally flawed! Developments of Cesidian law had
brought about a legal revolution of such magnatude, that on 8 August
2006, Most Rev Dr Cesidio Tallini founded the Centre for Cesidian Law,
the Fifth World's first centre for the study of Cesidian law. The revolution continued even later, and is probably destined
to eventually leave an indelible influence on mankind. On 12 November
2007, thinking about jus cerebri
electronici and micronational rights prompted an intellectual
extension of Cesidian law through the development of the legal concepts
called jus cerebri humani and jus humanae salutis. Cesidian law through the three legal concepts of jus cerebri electronici, jus cerebri humani, and jus humanae salutis, now
effectively covers both territorial and virtual nations, macronations
and micronations, intellectual property rights and regular property
rights, the right to a healthy life, and even the right to spiritual
salvation. The Centre for Cesidian Law is licensed to operate by TTF-Bucksfan, a cyberstate and Fifth World nation; it is accredited by the Fifth World Accreditation Agency (5WAA), an accreditation agency independent of the US or any terrestrial foreign government; and it is listed in the Micronational Professional Registry (MPR) as a bona fide educational institution. |
